Experiencing Server Errors or Error 500 Messages?
We are aware and working thru a few server issues where clients were receiving a message stating ‘Server Internal Error’ or ‘Error 500’. This is an ambiguous error that is difficult to track down and find the offending process, but we are working diligently to benchmark our technology and service to better serve our clients. Lost your deposit receipt key?
If you have requested for additional funds to be added to your account, you were given a receipt key that is a unique alphanumeric string for that particular deposit. You can find this receipt number under your Account Summary page listed under ‘Pending Deposits’. You will need this key to confirm funds received are deposited into the correct account.
